Knee Highs & Socks, in plain words
Under trousers, the knee high does the job of a full pair of tights at a quarter of the fabric. The MANZI lineup keeps three heights. The knee high has a comfort band that does not leave a mark. The ankle sheer is for a loafer or a court shoe. The toe topper covers only the front of the foot, for a mule or a heel with an open back. Plus-size knee highs have a wider calf and a longer band.
What a knee high cannot do is stay up on a calf it was not sized for, and the wide-calf versions exist for that reason. And a sheer ankle sock in a trainer will wear through at the heel in a week. The trainer bench is elsewhere.
Fit on this bench
Adult knee highs come in one size and a plus size. The plus band is cut for calves over 16 inches. Toe toppers and ankle sheers are one size, US shoe 5 to 10.
